Sheds, Summerhouses, and Garden Buildings

For some the shed is that perfect place for storing things they don’t use often, garden tools or things that get a bit mucky. For a shed you’ll need a strong stable base, otherwise your shed could be wonky and the lower sections will gradually get rotten due to the wet ground below it. I can install a concrete base and then install the shed once it’s dry. For most people a simple shed meets their needs, but if you need something bespoke then we can design it together and make that happen too. 

The next step is the ‘middle ground’ , the summerhouse. The summerhouse is exactly what it says it is, it’s a building that isn’t often insulated and is a lovely space to use for hosting, entertainment or pleasure, but they often get cold when the weather is inclement. 

COVID completely changed the way we use our homes and gardens. For some people working from home became a viable option, but space became an issue, which led to the boom in garden rooms.
